Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item if you need to make a return/exchange.

 

In order for an item to be eligible for a return/exchange, it should be in its original unused condition. Used/damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee or may simply be refused.

 

Buyers pay return shipping.

 

In case of exchanges, if there is a a difference due for the new item, that can be paid after we receive the first item back and before we ship the new item. Exchanged items ship free.
